Groups is an outpatient provider specializing in substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, serving communities affected by the opioid crisis. Its evidence-based care combines medication, group therapy, and personalized support, delivered online and in person by local providers. Groups uses strict clinical protocols and a technology-driven, team-based system for day-to-day patient management and regulatory compliance, allowing providers to focus on medical management. The 1099 Provider (APRN/PA) supports patient care through intake assistance, medication management, and clinical progress monitoring. Providers see patients after an extensive counselor evaluation, participate in group counseling sessions, authorize prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels, and complete documentation in the Groups EMR within required timelines. Groups provides orientation and training on clinical protocols before providers are eligible to begin work. Compensation is $150.00–$250.00 per hour, dependent on licensure and experience. Eligibility for hours begins approximately three months after initiation of credentialing. The position requires at least five hours per week of in-office work.
