Key Responsibilities: As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. This includes the following Ensure alignment with business requirements, conducting process analysis, and designing or redesigning organizational structures. Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. You will also be responsible for team decisions and be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as with SAP FICO functional (ECC and/or S/4HANA), including end-to-end implementation and support.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with hands-on configuration across core FICO areas: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and/or Bank Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Strong Controlling (CO) and configuration: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and/or COPA (account-based and/or costing-based where applicable).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with FICO integrations (e.g., MM, SD, PP), including OTC, P2P, and/or RTR process design
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Proven delivery experience with fit-gap analysis, functional design, unit/integration testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, cutover planning, hypercare, and production support.
- Working knowledge of key FICO components such as tax procedures, payment programs, dunning, credit management (as applicable), intercompany, and month-end/year-end close activities.
