We are seeking an Apps & Experiential Digital Product Producer who excels at the intersection of app development, creativity, and live experiences. This role involves leading the creation of digital applications and interactive experiences from conception to launch, not just managing projects. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years producing digital products, applications, or interactive experiences
  • Experience working with developers and technical teams on app or platform builds
  • Strong understanding of app development, system architecture, and interactive technologies
  • Ability to turn ideas into clear technical documentation and build-ready requirements
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and how users interact with digital products
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and performance tracking
  • Understanding of how digital applications integrate with physical hardware and event environments
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Analytics platforms and digital performance tools
  • Familiarity with creative and development tools

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with programming languages or development processes (strong plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of custom digital applications and interactive experiences used in live events, trade shows, and virtual environments.
  • Lead the creation of custom apps, interactive platforms, and digital tools from concept through launch.
  • Translate client needs into functional specs, wireframes, and technical requirements for app development.
  • Partner closely with developers to guide application architecture, logic, and user experience.
  • Oversee the build of touchscreen apps, microsites, virtual event platforms, and interactive installations.
  • Ensure all digital products are fully tested, functional, and optimized for real-world use.
  • Drive projects through scripting, storyboarding, development, QA, and final delivery.
  • Build detailed proposals including app flows, key screens, and technical solutions.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple digital builds.
  • Oversee budgets across a range of digital executions.
  • Act as the bridge between creative ideas and technical execution.
  • Guide developers, designers, and technical partners using your understanding of programming concepts and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creatives, developers, and account leads.
  • Bring new ideas by staying current on emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Support deployment of digital applications at live events, trade shows, and installations.
  • Ensure apps and interactive experiences perform seamlessly in real-world environments.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize digital products onsite when needed.
