About The Position

The Applications Developer (SQL / .NET / AI Agent Developer) should be an Arizona Resident and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex AZURE SQL databases, leading database projects, troubleshooting database performance issues, building and maintaining AI agents, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the performance and scalability of data systems by utilizing advanced SQL techniques and best practices. Maintain & Support Microsoft AZURE App services & C# .NET based applications. The role involves AI Agent development to design, build, and deploy autonomous, multi-agent systems that solve complex business workflows, prompt engineering and simple RAG pipelines. You will build self-correcting, stateful, and tool-using AI agents that can reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate with other digital systems and humans. The position also requires the ability to quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs and platforms, evaluate and test emerging technologies, work effectively, synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly, build strong relationships inside and outside the organization, write technical documentation, interpret and analyze test results, and use or maintain testing frameworks, test libraries, databases and test environments.

Requirements

SQL experience
.NET experience
Experience building AI agents (must by on resume)
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of SQL, web development and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in AI drive development using Copilot/Claude
