About The Position

The Applications Developer (SQL / .NET / AI Agent Developer) should be an Arizona Resident and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex AZURE SQL databases, leading database projects, troubleshooting database performance issues, building and maintaining AI agents, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the performance and scalability of data systems by utilizing advanced SQL techniques and best practices. Maintain & Support Microsoft AZURE App services & C# .NET based applications.

Requirements

SQL experience
.NET experience
Experience building AI agents (must by on resume)
Bachelor’s degree plus 8 or more years of SQL, web development and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in AI drive development using Copilot/Claude
Any relevant professional certifications
Knowledge of SQL Server, AZURE SQL
Knowledge of RESTful APIs
Knowledge of .NET utilizing Visual Studio and C#
Knowledge of AZURE DEVOPS
Knowledge of multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, and multiple development platforms, AI tools driven development
Knowledge of OOP concepts and UI design skills in ASP.NET
Knowledge of AI Agents
Knowledge of Python scripting
Knowledge of Microsoft Open AI framework
Knowledge of Vibe coding
Skills in AZURE SQL with advanced query writing and optimization techniques
Exceptional design, coding, testing and debugging skills
Skills in Data warehousing and ETL processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skills in Data Analysis and Reporting
Skills in Stored procedures optimization
Solid understanding of MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and triggers
Maintain Microsoft AZURE APP Services based applications
Ability to quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs and platforms, evaluate and test emerging
Ability to work effectively
Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
