About The Position

The Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center (MAMC), formerly called RCBI, is accepting resumes for an Apprenticeship Specialist. The role supports program clients in obtaining training, industry-recognized certifications, apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities, and academic degrees aligned with their career goals. As part of MAMC’s Workforce Development Team, the specialist works closely with the team to plan, customize, and implement skills programs, apprenticeships, and pre-apprenticeships for individuals, schools, and businesses seeking in-demand training opportunities. The position works primarily out of MAMC’s South Charleston facilities and requires some travel. Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity, ranging from $60,000 to $70,000.
