About The Position

This apprenticeship program offers a hands-on learning experience within an automotive dealership. The apprentice will gain practical skills and knowledge across various departments, including Service, Parts, and Sales. The role involves assisting with vehicle preparation, lot organization, cleaning vehicles, and supporting daily team tasks. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals enrolled in a high school Youth Apprenticeship Program to learn dealership operations, customer service, and automotive industry career paths.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a high school Youth Apprenticeship Program.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (preferred or as required by the program).

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle preparation and lot organization.
• Wash and vacuum customer and inventory vehicles.
• Transport vehicles between departments.
• Support the Service, Parts, and Sales teams with daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn dealership operations and customer service skills.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
