We're looking for a Water Treatment Apprentice / Entry-Level Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. No prior water treatment experience is required—we provide hands-on training and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop valuable technical skills and build a long-term career in a growing skilled trade.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians with the installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
- Learn to work with equipment including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, neutralizers, chemical treatment systems, and related equipment.
- Assist with replacing filters and performing routine maintenance.
- Collect water samples and assist with basic water testing.
- Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and job sites in a clean and organized condition.
- Travel to customer homes and job sites throughout the service area.
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Participate in weekend/on-call rotations as required.
- Learn and utilize company technology and job documentation systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
