Apprentice to Craftsman
About The Position
Ace Handyman Services Montclair is looking for an Apprentice Craftsman to work alongside experienced professionals. You'll learn from experienced craftsmen while working in customers' homes and developing the skills needed to build a successful career in the skilled trades. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain experience in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, door and window repairs, basic plumbing, basic electrical, fixture installations, general home maintenance, and much more. We're looking for someone who is naturally good with their hands, loves learning new skills, has a strong work ethic and positive attitude, is dependable and shows up on time, takes pride in doing quality work, wants to build a long-term career in the skilled trades, has experience working with tools or doing projects on their own (professional experience is a plus, but not required), and has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. We're not looking for someone who's just searching for a job. We're looking for someone who wants to learn a trade, develop real skills, and become an exceptional craftsman.
