About The Position

Steele Subaru is seeking an Apprentice Automotive Technician eager to build hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

• Registered Apprentice (any level) in Automotive Service
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the trade
• Interest in vehicle technology and diagnostics
• A detail-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• A positive, team-first attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles
• Learn to work with mechanical, electrical, and drivetrain systems
• Support experienced technicians in completing high-quality repairs
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing service team
