Requirements

Registered 3rd - 4th Year Apprentice Automotive Technician
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
Team-oriented, coachable, and professional
Strong diagnostic ability (electrical systems, drivability issues, intermittent concerns)
Identifies root cause issues—does not rely on unnecessary parts replacement
Experienced in advanced diagnostics with a strong electrical background

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience is an asset
OEM certifications or brand-specific experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform complex and internal repairs with minimal supervision.
Maintain high first-time fix accuracy.
Work with urgency while upholding quality and safety standards.
Achieve high productivity with efficient time management in a fast-paced environment.
Perform thorough inspections and identify additional service opportunities.
Provide clear, detailed documentation and communicate effectively with advisors.
Understand the impact on gross profit and CSI, and actively support both.
Keep the work area organized and ensure steady vehicle flow with minimal downtime.
Support fellow technicians and contribute to overall shop performance.
Take ownership of every repair order (RO).
Perform advanced diagnostics with a strong electrical background.
