Level 2 - 4 Apprentice Service Technician - Hyundai Northshore
About The Position
The Jim Pattison Auto Group has an exciting opportunity for a level 2 / level 4 Apprentice Service Technician to join our Hyundai Northshore dealership. In this role, you will support our Service Department by assisting with vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs while continuing to build your skills as an Apprentice Technician. Working alongside Journeyperson and senior technicians, you will help ensure vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer and dealership standards. As a Hyundai Apprentice Technician, you take pride in producing quality work, learning new skills, and contributing to a positive customer experience through reliable and professional service.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 4 Automotive Service Technician Apprentice in British Columbia
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 60 pounds and standing for extended periods
- High level of mobility, dexterity, and awareness when working around vehicles and shop equipment
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive shop or dealership experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to continue learning
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
