This is an entry-level training position with advancement opportunities into a full-time Plumbing Technician role. Training duration may range from 3 months to 1 year, depending on performance, work ethic, and skill development.
Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Clean DMV record required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must live within or near our San Diego service area
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual - reliability is critical
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, roofs, and confined areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred

Nice To Haves
- Previous construction or plumbing experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced technicians and assist with residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout the San Diego area.
- Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Support plumbing remodels and construction projects.
- Learn pipe fitting, threading, and fixture installation.
- Read and understand blueprints and plumbing layouts.
- Safely use power tools and hand tools.
- Dig, clean, carry materials, and maintain organized job sites.
- Assist with troubleshooting and basic plumbing repairs.
- Participate in ride-alongs and field training with experienced technicians.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
- Deliver professional customer service and maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
