As an Apprentice Painter, you’ll assist in preparing surfaces and applying various painting techniques to deliver a high-quality final product. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in painting (apprenticeship or on-the-job)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely climb and carry ladders
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Prep surfaces and materials for painting
- Apply paint using the appropriate techniques and tools
- Follow detailed instructions and company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times
- Provide exceptional service to clients
- Ensure all work meets company quality expectations
