About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist the Meat Team Leader with department tasks.
- Cut and trim meat to company standards for retail sale.
- Interact with customers daily and provide excellent customer service.
- Share food knowledge with customers and Team Members.
- Follow Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation policies.
- Support day-to-day operations, merchandising, and quality control of department offerings.
- Help drive department sales while managing shrink and expenses.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
