Our team is small, skilled, and driven by the belief that better tools lead to better outcomes. We’re looking for a Machinist Apprentice to join our growing shop. This role is ideal for someone early in their machining career with hands-on experience running CNC lathes and eager to continue developing their skills under the guidance of experienced machinists. This is not a journeyman-level role. Instead, it’s an opportunity to grow, learn, and build confidence while contributing to real, high-quality work in a supportive environment.

  • Assemble machined parts and components to exact specifications
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Load programs, set tooling, and make minor offsets under supervision
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Support journeyman machinists with job setup, tooling, and workflow
  • Maintain machines, tools, and a clean, safe work area
  • Learn best practices for quality control, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Follow work orders, assembly drawings, and verbal instructions
  • Package finished components for shipping or internal use
  • Assist with shop maintenance, material handling, and inventory organization

Benefits

  • Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications
