About The Position

In this role, you will work in our Express Service lanes performing routine, high-volume maintenance according to Honda and dealership standards. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and designed to build strong foundational skills while working with the Honda brand and its service processes. Requirements

Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace

Nice To Haves

Experience as an express/quick-lube technician preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Complete multi-point inspections including brakes, tires, and fluid levels
Support efficient workflow in the Express lanes
Communicate recommended maintenance and repair needs to the service advisor liaison
