About The Position

As a Honda Apprentice, you will work in the Express Service lanes performing routine, high-volume maintenance in accordance with Honda and dealership standards. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on building strong foundational skills while working around the Honda brand and its service processes. Requirements

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an express/quick-lube technician preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Complete multi-point inspections including brakes, tires, and fluid levels
• Support efficient workflow in the Express lanes
• Communicate recommended maintenance and repair needs to the service advisor liaison
