About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides training to develop skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up, including customer service and administrative work, while learning the basics of jewelry repair through tasks such as polishing and quality control. The team delivers customer-first custom jewelry design and repair services.

Basic computer skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask while managing time effectively.
High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Some knowledge of jewelry, jewelry repair, or design preferred, but not required; candidates with a desire to learn the jeweler trade will also be considered.
Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
Ability to work a 40-hour week, with seasonal required overtime.
