About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Apprentice Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. The role provides full training to develop skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up through customer service and administrative work, jewelry intake photography and tracking, and the basics of jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, as are candidates with a strong desire to learn the jeweler trade. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

• Customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.
• High school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
