About The Position
This seasonal position at Snow Valley Resort is responsible for completing the training process to teach children and/or adults how to ski and/or snowboard. The role also involves providing support to all Ski and Ride School departments to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. The starting wage is between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience.
Requirements
- Must be an effective communicator who acts as an ambassador of service for the Company internally to staff and externally to guests with respect and maturity
- Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, and guest policies
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation
