Requirements
- Have 1 to 2 years of construction experience.
- Be confident using power tools and basic hand tools, and be comfortable using a tape measure.
- Show up on time and be ready to work hard.
- Be polite, clean-cut, and customer-focused.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Installer with demolition, site preparation, and installation of high-end bathroom systems.
- Gain hands-on experience in trim carpentry, light plumbing, and bathroom fixtures.
- Help manage tools and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Provide top-notch service to homeowners.
