About The Position

Chipotle’s Apprentice General Managers assist with the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while developing the skills needed to become a General Manager. They learn to run a strong business, hire and train team members, and deliver a guest-focused experience. This is a leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen and customer-facing restaurant environment, with a standard 50-hour workweek that includes evening and weekend shifts. Applicable overtime is paid.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant management experience, including experience with scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting.

Responsibilities

Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest experience.
Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, order accuracy, and positive guest experiences.
Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Learn and support day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing.
Keep the dining room clean and the restaurant ready for guests.
Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
