We are currently seeking an Apprentice Fumigator based out of our Sharon Hill, PA branch.

Requirements

High School/GED or better
Driver’s license
Must be 18 years of age
Ability to obtain CDL with HAZMAT
Flexibility to perform nights, weekends and over-time
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Responsibilities

Assist with the completion of the fumigation process; sealing, tarping, introduction of fumigant, conducting readings, and aerating.
Use safety monitoring equipment to conduct readings
Read, understand, and follow labels and SDS forms for materials used during services provided
Inspect, maintain, and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) properly
Follow proper safety guidelines, including but not following label, DOT regulations, and all client specified guidelines
Willing and able to bend, crawl, lift and carry for extended periods of time
Climb ladders and work at heights
