Apprentice Fabrication Process Operator
About The Position

This role involves a structured, hands-on training program to become a certified operator. The program includes onboarding, classroom training, shadowing certified operators, hands-on practice, and certification. Ongoing training is provided for new equipment, process changes, and safety updates, along with "Fab School" sessions led by the engineering team for continuous improvement.

- Must be interested in a structured, hands-on training program.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities
- Learn cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and basic fab operations.
- Observe and learn from experienced team members.
- Practice job functions under close supervision with real-time feedback.
- Complete live and online tests to become a certified operator.
- Participate in ongoing training for new equipment, process changes, and safety updates.
- Support continuous improvement through "Fab School" sessions.
