Requirements
- Current electrical apprenticeship license OR strong willingness to enroll in a formal trade school/training program.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating wire/conduit sizes.
- Ability to lift heavy electrical gear, climb ladders, stand for full shifts, and work safely in outdoor industrial environments.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass site safety checks.
- Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Log required work hours and complete classes directly toward your Journeyman license.
