About The Position

B.H. Inc. is hiring full-time Apprentice Electricians to help install and repair industrial electrical equipment while learning the trade from experienced journeymen. This role offers the opportunity to log work hours and complete classes on your way to earning your journeyman license. The company emphasizes building a career and developing people.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to join a formal electrical apprenticeship and school program
• Basic math skills to measure and calculate wire sizes
• Able to lift heavy gear, climb ladders, and stand all day
• Able to work in loud factories, active construction sites, and outdoor plants, including small spaces
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation to work
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run conduit, pull wire and cable, and connect circuit panels
• Wire control panels and terminal blocks under close supervision
• Use a multimeter and other test tools to check voltage and find electrical issues
• Help repair motors, switches, and lighting systems
• Follow strict safety rules, join daily toolbox talks, and wear the required PPE
• Keep tools clean and job sites organized
