About The Position

B.H. Inc. is hiring full-time Apprentice Electricians to help install and repair industrial electrical equipment while learning the trade from experienced journeymen. This role offers hands-on training and an apprenticeship program with classes toward earning your journeyman license. The company emphasizes career development and providing for families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to join a formal electrical apprenticeship and school program
• Basic math skills to measure and calculate wire sizes
• Able to lift heavy gear, climb ladders, and stand all day
• Able to work in loud factories, active construction sites, and outdoor plants, including small spaces
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation to work
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• No experience? No problem. If you're willing to get into the trade, we'll teach you.

Responsibilities

• Run conduit, pull wire and cable, and connect circuit panels
• Wire control panels and terminal blocks under close supervision
• Use a multimeter and other test tools to check voltage and find electrical issues
• Help repair motors, switches, and lighting systems
• Follow strict safety rules, join daily toolbox talks, and wear the required PPE
• Keep tools clean and job sites organized
