About The Position
Someone who works under the supervision of an experienced or licensed electrician while learning the electrical trade.
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass an MVR check
- Must pass a fingerprint check
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Installing wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and electrical components.
- Running and pulling electrical wires and conduit.
- Using hand and power tools safely.
- Assisting with troubleshooting electrical problems.
- Reading basic electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Following electrical codes and workplace safety procedures.
- Preparing materials and equipment for electrical projects.
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Performing other electrical maintenance tasks as directed by the supervisor.
