About The Position
Bopat Electric, a trusted electrical services provider since 1972 and part of the BCES Global Group, specializes in maintaining and optimizing critical electrical distribution systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional environments. We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a long-term career in commercial electrical construction. This is an application for future Apprentice Electrician opportunities, not an immediate opening. Qualified candidates will be contacted if an opportunity becomes available.
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the electrical trade
- Basic mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism
- Valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction, electrical, mechanical, or trade experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians and foremen with commercial electrical installations and job site activities
- Help install conduit, wiring, boxes, switches, lighting, and other electrical components
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work closely with experienced electricians while developing electrical knowledge and trade skills
