About The Position
Weiler has been a leader in creating value-enhancing solutions for cleaning, grinding, cutting, deburring, and finishing for four generations. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will begin by learning our processes and how to operate semi-automatic press machines. Your pay and career will grow as you learn more brush and abrasive product making skills across various departments. There are opportunities to advance into more complex manufacturing roles such as set-up technicians or to transition into a maintenance role. Weiler values the experience gained by hourly co-workers on the manufacturing floor and promotes from within to other professional roles. We support advancement through training and educational assistance.
Requirements
- Basic Measurement Skills
- Ability to Speak & Read in English
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
- Able to wear safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection.
- Must be 18 years of age
