Responsibilities

Perform non-technical support tasks that help keep inspections moving efficiently and on schedule
Assist with wheel-off inspections, documenting findings, and preparing vehicles for technician review
Capture clear photos and videos to support digital vehicle inspections and repair recommendations
Help maintain accurate inspection notes and estimate hand-offs
Assist technicians with vehicle repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and shop workflow
Perform quality control (QC) checks on completed repairs when assigned by management
Ensure vehicles meet SuperTech quality standards before delivery to customers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
Proactively assist with shop maintenance and cleanliness during downtime
Work closely with technicians and service advisors to support efficient shop operations
Follow all SuperTech SOPs, safety procedures, and inspection processes
Continuously develop automotive knowledge and hands-on technical skills through training and mentorship
