About The Position

The Appraisal Assignment Coordinator distributes assignments to Appraisers based on territory and capacity. Hours Monday-Friday (8AM- 4:15PM) Hybrid opportunity after training is completed (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Essential functions of this job are listed below in order of priority. Allocate or re-allocate assignments to Appraisers based on resources available and regional assignment rules. Review appraisal requests for accuracy. Assist Adjusters with questions and corrections regarding assignments. Monitor and assign special assignments from NJM claim system. Assist First Notice of Loss Department when needed. Required Qualifications: Knowledge, skills & abilities, experience, minimum & desired education, certification and/or license requirements. Attention to detail Working knowledge of NJM Claim and Vendor systems Strong Communication Skills Ability to prioritize workload High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Previous Auto Insurance experience. Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
