About The Position

Istueta Roofing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support our growing operations. This role is critical in managing customer communication, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for homeowners across South Florida. We are looking for professionals who can represent our brand with professionalism, accuracy, and consistency in a remote environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of call center or customer support experience scheduling appointments for sales teams is required
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (clear, professional, and neutral accent preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives
• Answer inbound calls and provide professional customer support
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries
• Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM systems
• Follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, professional tone
• Maintain productivity and performance standards
