About The Position

Best Ford of Nashua is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales support team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communication, setting appointments, and nurturing leads through consistent follow-up. This position plays a critical role in generating showroom traffic and supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, comfortable on the phone, and confident using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Automotive experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries promptly, professionally and accurately
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up on sales leads
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM system
  • Ulitize phone scripts, email templates, and text messaging tools
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up communication
  • Support the sales team with appointment coordination
  • Maintain positive working relationships with teammates and management
