About The Position

Holbrook Heating is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and dependable In-Store Appointment Setter to join our team. In this customer-facing position, you will speak with retail customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for store-sponsored HVAC maintenance, repairs, and replacement services. No HVAC experience is required. We provide paid training and the information you need to succeed. The ideal candidate is outgoing, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by performance-based earning opportunities.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet appointment-setting goals
• Weekend availability is required
• High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is preferred but not required
