About The Position

At Environment Control, we’re passionate about quality and have been doing it for over 50 years. We are looking for a friendly, motivated Appointment Setter to join our Tipp City, Ohio office. If you’re outgoing, organized, and enjoy talking with people, this could be a great fit. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll connect with prospective customers by phone and email, keep information up to date, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. Your goal is simple: help keep our sales team’s calendar full!

Requirements

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable entering information accurately into CRM software
• Confident communicating with prospective customers by phone and email
• Goal-oriented and excited to hit weekly appointment goals
• A team player with a great attitude

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers by phone and email
• Keep information up to date
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives

Benefits

• $16 per hour
• Part-time — approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
