About The Position

Denis Development is looking for a proactive and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are excellent communicators and enjoy engaging with people over the phone.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection professionally.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify their interest in our services.
  • Set appointments and coordinate schedules for the sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure appointment confirmations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies.
