About The Position

Environment Control Southwest Ohio is hiring a part-time Appointment Setter for an in-office position in Tipp City, Ohio. The role involves business-to-business phone outreach to business decision-makers, scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives, maintaining accurate prospect information, and helping generate new business opportunities.

The schedule is 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling between 8 AM and 5 PM and no evenings or weekends. Pay includes a guaranteed base of $16 per hour, weekly bonuses, and paid weekly; representatives average $19–$29 per hour. Paid training and a supportive team are provided. The position may offer opportunities to grow into leadership or outside sales roles.
