About The Position

Feazel is a well-established roofing company seeking motivated individuals for an elite setter team. This role is for competitive, performance-driven individuals who want to be compensated based on results rather than hours worked. The primary responsibility is to go door-to-door in storm-affected areas, engage with homeowners, and schedule appointments for roof inspections. Compensation is earned upon completion of the inspection and a bonus is provided when a homeowner files a claim. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Individuals with a strong work ethic, coachability, and consistent attendance have the potential to earn more than those with college degrees within their first few months.

Prior door-to-door, sales, retail, restaurant, athletics, or military experience is a plus
