They create educational, evidence-based content through interviews with aesthetic professionals, helping practitioners increase visibility and strengthen credibility within the industry. Their operating model combines content production, practitioner partnerships, audience growth, and membership-based editorial opportunities across multiple digital channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales development, partnerships, appointment setting, or outbound revenue roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing outreach and relationship-building across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.
  • Experience managing pipelines, follow-ups, and sales activity from first contact through conversion.
  • Comfort using CRM platforms to track activity, deal stages, and outreach reporting.
  • Ability to write clear, professional, and personalized outreach messages for social media and email communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest or familiarity with aesthetics, beauty, wellness, cosmetic medicine, or healthcare-related industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outreach across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, and direct messaging channels to generate practitioner conversations and interview opportunities.
  • Manage outreach follow-ups, scheduling, confirmations, and interview coordination to maintain a consistent interview pipeline.
  • Drive growth of the free directory membership funnel and support the conversion of qualified practitioners into paid editorial memberships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline stages, outreach activity, follow-up schedules, and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Support audience and platform growth initiatives across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing channels.
  • Track interviews and partnerships throughout the full content lifecycle, from scheduling through publication and promotional stages.
  • Participate in video calls and professional outreach conversations with practitioners, practice managers, and executive assistants.
