This role operates within a fast-paced, professional Customer Care Center that supports Kendall dealerships across multiple states. The position involves making outbound calls to existing customers to identify their vehicle service needs and schedule appointments, with no sales or cold calling involved. The team is dedicated to education, support, and delivering outstanding customer service. The workspace is recently remodeled and includes electric adjustable sit/stand desks, personal lockers, a spacious breakroom, a large training room, and a lounge area.
