About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking Appointment Receptionists to join their Client Care team. This role operates within a fast-paced, professional Customer Care Center that supports dealerships across multiple states. The position involves making outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments, with no sales or cold calling required. The team is focused on education, support, and delivering outstanding customer service. The workspace is recently remodeled and includes features like electric adjustable desks, a spacious breakroom, and a lounge area.
