Sierra Pacific is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join their team as an Appointment Generator for Costco locations in Sacramento. Sierra Pacific has been a leader in the home services industry since 1984, offering HVAC, Solar Pool Heating, Solar Electric, Backup Generators, Water Treatment, and Windows. They are committed to providing a "WOW" customer experience and are looking for team members who share this passion.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation to various Costco locations in the region.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Costco members to introduce home service offerings.
- Provide basic product information in a friendly, approachable way.
- Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
- Represent Sierra Pacific with professionalism and enthusiasm.
