About The Position
Sierra Pacific is seeking motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals to join their team as an Appointment Generator for Costco locations in Cal Expo, Rancho Cordova, and Citrus Heights. Since 1984, Sierra Pacific has been a trusted leader in the home services industry, providing HVAC, Solar Pool Heating, Solar Electric, Backup Generators, Water Treatment, and Windows. The company is committed to delivering a "WOW" experience for its customers and is looking for team members who share this passion for excellence.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable transportation to various Costco locations in the region
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
Responsibilities
- Engage with Costco members to introduce our home service offerings
- Provide basic product information in a friendly, approachable way
- Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home consultations
- Represent Sierra Pacific with professionalism and enthusiasm
