Responsibilities

• Confirm appointments through outbound calls and texts.
• Prepare homeowners for their scheduled appointments.
• Address questions, concerns, and cancellation requests.
• Re-engage canceled or missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Partner with appointment setters and sales teams.
• Meet performance goals for confirmations, saves, and completed appointments.
