Requirements

  • Confident phone presence with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and follow processes
  • Adaptable, positive, coachable attitude and team-player mindset
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment while listening carefully to the customers concerns and needs
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, retail or automotive industry

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Relationship Management experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communication regarding service appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments efficiently
  • Review vehicle history, open recalls, and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
  • Educate customers on recommended services and available maintenance options
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication
  • Maintain strong communication with dealership staff to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
