About The Position
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Appointment Clerks to work in our Little Rock, AR Service Center office. This is a full-time position with various shifts available, starting at $17.66 per hour. Employees earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment and have access to an excellent benefits package, including exclusive employee resorts.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well organized
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Answering calls on a multi-line system
- Data entry
- Scheduling delivery appointments
- Assisting customers with pickups
- Other duties as may apply as requested by management
