Appointment Clerk FT
About The Position
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Appointment Clerk to work in our Fresno, CA Service Center office. This is a Full-Time position with a starting pay of $20.42 per hour, Monday through Friday, with various shifts available. PTO is available after the first 90 calendar days of employment. The role involves answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, scheduling delivery appointments, and assisting customers with pickups. Other duties may be assigned by management. Successful candidates must have a good work ethic and be trusted to handle valuable customer freight.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well organized
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
