About The Position

This position is for individuals who are interested in being considered for Appointed Professional Opportunities with Shelby County Assessor of Property. All required duties will be performed within the assigned area of the Assessor of Property.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or possess a GED
  • PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Microsoft products, including Windows Outlook, Excel and word.
  • Composes letters, memoranda, and reports for review and signature.
  • Follows up and carries out various duties.
  • Mails or issues in person, department specific authorized documents or materials as required.
  • Obtains data from various sources to prepare and compile standard reports using an On-Base software system.
  • Performs other related duties as required or directed.
